Inquiry and quotation terms

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order. A quotation is an invitation to continue the conversation. Production starts only after specifications are approved and commercial terms are agreed in writing.

Sample costs, if any, and whether they are credited against a bulk order, are stated on the quotation. Designs you send remain your intellectual property; we use them only to develop and manufacture your products.
